As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, Herb focuses on developing and overseeing the firm’s investment strategy and takes a hands-on approach to managing the firm’s investment portfolio and analyzing national and regional economic trends that impact the multifamily industry. His goal is building diversified investment portfolios, executing our value-add business plans and ultimately realizing our investments to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investment partners.
